Prayer Of The Faithful For Weddings 2010

going to spend your holiday in North Korea ...

If you spend your holidays in North Korea, you may find it valuable to know exactly where to go to the land of morning calm (mistranslation of 朝鲜 (Joseon) which means more "morning fresh").
For Google, North Korea is one of those "no-man's land" or "white areas" cards that no one knows what to do.

For Microsoft and Bing Maps, North Korea seems a bit busier.

OpenStreetMap, the North Korea is almost a desert, punctuated by a few cities.

But when one zooms in on the capital Pyongyang, one is surprised that it OpenStreetmap who comes out best with a density of information and map detail much greater than its competitors Google and Microsoft. Fortunately for Google
the "desert" map mode plane is compensated by the wealth of satellite imagery where the agglomeration of Pyongyang appears very clearly:

For Microsoft, again satellite imagery so complete essential that the map is particularly poor:

But for OpenStreetMap, Pyongyang appears more precisely described by the plots and descriptive information incorporated from GPS readings by contributors:

site Geocart I recently discovered the site North Korea Economy Watch that tracks the progress of a mapping project of the most secret including North Korea, using Google Earth. In addition to locating a large number of infrastructure of these "secrets of the country" more or less visible on satellite imagery of Google, tooltips provide access to additional information through links to Internet resources. This project, initially led by American students in 2007, is regularly enriched by the Internet. Since its launch in April 2007, the project has to date been downloaded over 123,000 times.

In his post "Mapping North Korea" site The Map Room also indicates the site-North Korea-Uncovered. But he also mentions another resource mapping, relaying information Site Free Geography Tools : these topographic maps at 1 / 200 000 Soviet Army, made in 1977 and updated between 1983 and 1984 on all of North Korea which the following specifications :
